Allg. Anwender-Infornationen:

• für den Transport von Stückgütern mit einem Gewicht bis zu 30 Kg / Stck (Richtwert).
• Der Boden des Fördergutes muß eben und stabil sein. Das Fördergut muss mind. 200 mm breit sein.
• Die Röllchenbahn sollte stets breiter als des Fördergut gewählt werden.
• Das kleinste Fördergut sollte mindestens auf 3 Stück Röllchen-Achsen aufliegen. (Achsabstand x 3 = Mindestlänge)
• Es können mehrere Bahnen zu langen Strecken miteinander verbunden werden (Sonderlängen möglich).
• Der Abstand der Stützen sollte nicht mehr als 2 m betragen. Werden mehrere Elemente kombiniert, so müssen die Stützen unter die Verbindungsstellen gesetzt werden.
• Für den Einsatz im trockenen Innenbereich.
• Die Tragkraft der Röllchenbahnen ist abhängig von Bahnbreite, Abstand der Rollen sowie dem Abstand der Stützen.

Rahmen:
U-Profil 20/70/20x2 mm Stahl, verzinkt mit Quertraversen verschraubt.

Röllchen:
Stahl-Röllchen, verzinkt Ø 48 mm, kugelgelagert verschraubte Achsen Ø 8 mm

Röllchenanordnung:

• Breite 300mm - 3 Stck/Achse, versetzt
• Breite 400mm - 4 Stck/Achse, versetzt
• Breite 500mm - 5 Stck/Achse, versetzt
• Breite 600mm - 6 Stck/Achse, versetzt
• Breite 800mm - 8 Stck/Achse, versetzt

Kurven:

• Innenradius 800 mm

 - statt Länge 1000 mm - Länge 975 mm

• the load capacity depends on the track width, roller distances and support intervals.

blue plastic pipe Ø 20 x 1,5 mm with ball bearings

• medium-heavy roller conveyors are the ideal addition to areas where light conveyors would be too weak and heavy duty conveyors oversized.
• The conveyors' support strength is, according to its type (division, width, support intervals) up to 150 Kg/ m
• The roller conveyor must always be wider than the selected goods.
• The smallest goods must rest on at least 3 roller axles at one time. (axle distance x 3 = minimum length)
• A number of tracks may be combined to forn a longer lengths (special lengths possible).
• The supports intervals should not be more than 2m. If a number of elements are combined supports must be positioned beneath the connecting parts.
• The conveyors are combined by means of the supports.
• For operation in dry interior areas.
